- Shipping fees begin at RM10, subject to increase based on the dimensions and weight of your selected product. The total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at the time of purchase.
Q2: What is the delivery timeframe for my parcel?
- Artanis Cloud prides itself on efficiency. For orders processed before 3 PM Kuala Lumpur Time, dispatch is guaranteed within 7 to 14 working days, as our products are bespoke and made to order. For orders placed after the cutoff time on Friday, dispatch will occur the following Monday. If your parcel does not arrive after 14 working days, please consult with our customer service team for assistance.
Q3: How are international orders handled?
- For international deliveries, clients are liable for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their respective countries. Please note that shipping delays due to carriers, adverse weather, or customs procedures are outside the control of Artanis Cloud. If your order hasn't arrived after 30 days, contact our customer support for help.
Damaged Goods Policy:
- While Artanis Cloud takes every measure to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we are not responsible for damages incurred during transit by our carrier providers. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We are happy to provide any necessary information to support your claim.

Return & Refund Policy
Returns
- Direct Purchases: Only items bought directly from Artanis Cloud's online store qualify for a return consideration.
- Condition for Return: Items must be returned in their untouched original packaging with all accessories and documentation intact.
- Exclusions: Products with any signs of use, products purchased via third-party retailers, and items damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory for all returns. Artanis Cloud may refuse returns lacking verifiable proof.
- Defective Products: For defective item claims, extensive proof is required. Please submit a comprehensive video or photo evidence for review.
- Inspection: Artanis Cloud conducts a rigorous inspection of all returns. Items failing the inspection will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Initiation: To begin the refund process, reach out to our Customer Support team with detailed information about the issue.

- Visual proof of the claimed defect
- Complete delivery address as per the original order

- Processing: Eligible refunds are processed strictly within 45 business days to the original payment method.
- Refund Amount: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds are subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.
